This natural mate gourd comes with a metal straw (called bombilla).
There are three elements needed to drink mate, as well as hot water.
This set includes all you need to drink the great energy drink called MATE.
1 Mate Gourd and 1 Bombilla (straw).
You will need to "cure" the Mate cup before using it for the first time.
This process must be made only once.
To cure the Mate cup, please follow these instructions:
1.- PLACE YERBA MATE TEA IN THE MATE GOURD "CUP".
2.- ADD WARM WATER TO IT.
3.- LET REST FOR 24 to 48 HOURS.
4.- REMOVE THE YERBA, RINSE THE GOURD AND GENTLY SCRAP THE SOFT TISSUES WITH A SPOON.
5.- THE MATE GOURD CUP IT'S NOW READY TO BE USED.
