7" square chair or stool swivel plate for seating applications - new or replacement. Great for use to replace old inferior quality swivels or on a new project. Made in the USA ** Note: Swivels are not meant to rotate freely when handled individually and may be difficult to rotate before installation. This is normal to avoid too loose of a rotation when in use.
