Solid surface material with brand names of Corian, Avonite and others is perfect for cutting board use as it is non porous. You'll never have to worry about bacteria, nasty stains or deep knife grooves where food hides. All of our cutting boards are dishwasher safe and maintenance free. On one side of the board theres a deep juice catcher around the perimeter to catch all those liquids from meat and veggies. Both sides are finished so you now have 2 cutting surfaces. The set consists of 3 cutting boards in the following 3 sizes. 9x13. 11x14. and 12x16.
