- EXTREMELY ROBUST - JADE products are made from an extremely robust, easy-to-clean and dishwasher safe paper-based composite (wood fibre laminate). They look and feel like wood but are significantly more durable.
- NO POROSITY - JADE cutting boards are repellent to germs and bacteria. After preparing fish, meat or chicken, simply wash them thoroughly with hot water and dishwashing detergent or wash them in the dishwasher before preparing fruit or vegetables.
- HEAT RESISTANT - All products are heat resistant up to 176C and can therefore be used as an under-pot to protect countertops. Of course, kitchen utensils can easily withstand high temperatures during cooking.
- ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY - The wood fibre laminate used by JADE consists of layers of paper pressed together. The pulp of this paper, made exclusively from pine wood, comes from the USA and is FSC certified! Of course, all products are tested for food safety in a German laboratory and can be used for food preparation without hesitation.
- KNIFE FRIENDS - JADE cutting boards are distinguished by their "kindness" to knives. The prerequisite for this is that the blades can penetrate the surface of the boards and therefore do not lose the sharp thread. So cutting marks and nicks are actually a good thing and show that your knives are treated with proper care.
