Since 1850, MasterClass has been trusted for its reliable, durable and innovative products. This small roasting tin with lid is no exception. Like all of MasterClasss best-selling, award-winning* bakeware, this lidded roaster is made of warp-resistant, 1 mm-thick carbon steel, with rolled edges to prevent water build-up and rust. Its finished with a double layer of the Quantum II non-stick coating, sandblasted to its surface for better adhesion. This versatile pan will serve you well for all manner of cooking tasks, but it really comes into its own when cooking moist, slow-roast meats joints. This small roasting pan has indents in the lid, which encourage moisture to circulate around the pan and back into the meat. It can also be used as a casserole dish - the special self basting lid helps trap flavour, so stews and casseroles develop a rich, complex taste. The tin measures 27 x 21 cm (10.5" x 8"), and comes gift boxed.
