  • TO FILL PEPPER MILL: Unscrew and remove top nut. Lift off top. Pour in peppercorns or sea salt (Do not use salt crystals in your pepper mill.)
  • TO FILL SALT SHAKER: Unscrew top of shaker. Remove and throw away the plastic plug. Pour in salt, then replace the top of shaker.
  • TO ADJUST PEPPER MILL: For a fine grind, turn the nut clockwise. For a coarser grind, turn the nut counterclockwise.
  • TO OPERATE PEPPER MILL: Turn the top clockwise. Do not turn back and forth.
  • TO CLEAN: Wipe with a dampened cloth or paper towel. Do not immerse in water.
